Product Description
This re-usable tubular blue slide sheet is available in an extra slippy, silicone coated polyester. It features a yellow ID loop on the inside to indicate the size, this is useful for community patient handling professionals. To easily and quickly identify the right size tubular slide sheet.
With appropriate training, a tubular blue slide sheet is easy to use and can avoid strain on the carers’ backs when repositioning patients. The fabric is perfect for moving and handling. For infection control, the slide sheets can be washed to thermal disinfection temperatures.
Do not use chlorine bleach or softener when laundering the slide sheets as this will be detrimental to the silicone coating. You may also be interested in the patient specific tubular slide sheet.
