Although we don’t offer exchanges, you may return new, undamaged items within 31 days of dispatch for refund.
Please return any unsuitable items, in the original packaging where possible, with your order details enclosed, to the below address:

Once your return has been received, it will be inspected to ensure it remains in stock condition and the applicable refund processed.
An automatic email will be sent to the email address on the order, once this has been confirmed by our Accounts Team.
Please allow up to 3 weeks from sending your return for the refund to be processed and clear back into your account. This includes ample time for delivery and inspection to be completed safely, so we are unable to guarantee it being sooner than this time. After this time, if you have still not received your refund, please let us know so we can investigate further.
All returns are at the sender’s cost unless there is an issue with the item(s). In this instance, please contact us before posting so we can assist.
