These are the standard terms and conditions of Interweave Textiles Ltd, trading as Interweave Healthcare, which provides healthcare products, patient handling aids, scrub suits and other products for healthcare organisations, healthcare professionals and residential nursing homes.

The photos of products on the website and in the product catalogue or for guidance only, please note that the colour of products delivered may differ from those shown online. There may also be colour variation in the screen and graphics cards used on your computer or other device, when compared to the original product used in the photographs. They may also be unavoidable colour variances between different batches of the same product.

- Delivery
The majority of items available to purchase from Interweave are held in stock and available for 1-2 day despatch to UK mainland addresses, if orders are placed before 3:30pm on weekdays.
However, some items have a longer lead time, for example:
- Thermal blankets – 4-5 weeks
- Wonder Wink scrub suits – 3-4 weeks
The lead time is clearly stated on each product page.
There is a small order charge of £4.25 including VAT towards the cost of delivery for orders under £50 including VAT.
For orders over £50 + VAT, there is no delivery charge to UK mainland addresses. If you need the order to be delivered to a non-mainland UK address, the delivery charge will be advised at the time of purchase.
In the case of goods being shipped directly to you from a supplier, there may be additional delivery charges, which will be advised to you at the time of purchase.
Deliveries will be made to the reception or ground floor at your delivery address. If you have any special delivery requirements or any known delivery difficulties such as narrow doorways, spiral staircases etc, please ensure you tell us at the time of placing the order.
We will do our best to avoid any delays in delivery, however if your delivery is delayed for any reason we will inform you as soon as we can see there has been a delay and attempt to find out the expected new delivery day and time of your goods. You won’t be eligible for a refund or cancellation of the order due to late delivery.
If the order fails to arrive or if part of the order is missing, you must inform Interweave within 3 days of the delivery due date.
- Prices
All prices shown on this website exclude delivery costs. Any applicable delivery cost will be shown in the checkout section of the website and will be payable in addition to the cost of the goods.
All prices shown on the website are shown as both excluding VAT and including VAT.
Please note that Interweave reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice.
- Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of placing the order. Payment methods online include credit card or debit card via Stripe or PayPal. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, you can also pay by invoice if your credit application is successful.
Payment for goods supplied, whether or not invoiced, will become immediately payable if invoices are not paid within 7 days of the due date, or if your company becomes subject to winding up, administration or if a bankruptcy order is passed, or if your assets go into receivership.
- Ownership
In the case of items delivered to you which are to be paid by invoice, the goods remain the sole property of Interweave Healthcare until the invoice has been paid in full.
- Cancellation
If you change your mind, you may cancel an order up to the time that the order has been despatched for stocked items. Urgently contact the Interweave team to find out if the delivery has already been despatched and request a cancellation over the phone.
If you have ordered any items which are supplied to Interweave from another supplier on demand, you will not be able to cancel the order.
Orders including items which are made to order such as seclusion wear, please contact the Interweave team urgently to find out if the making up process has started. You may cancel the order if no making up has been started.

- Liability
Interweave does not guarantee that use of this website will be compatible with all hardware and software which may be used by visitors to the site.
We will be under no liability to you whatsoever whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, restitution or otherwise for any injury, death, damage or direct, indirect or consequential loss (all three of which terms include, without limitation, pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and like loss) howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the use, accessing, downloading or relying on any information or other materials contained in this website, including, without limitation, as a result of any computer virus.
These Terms and Conditions do not exclude our liability (if any) to you for personal injury or death resulting from our negligence, for fraud or for any matter which it would be illegal for us to exclude or to attempt to exclude our liability.

These Terms and Conditions and any contract issued by Interweave Healthcare is governed by the law of England. The customer submits to the jurisdiction of the English courts. Customers should not rely on any representations made by staff of the Company as they do not form part of the Contract.
