To ensure your full satisfaction, we offer an extended returns period of 31 days.
To be eligible for a return, the item/s must be either unused or in the same condition that you received it, non-personalised, and must be returned in the original packaging so that it is fit for resale. If an item has been specially ordered and is not normally held in stock by Interweave, it will not be eligible to be returned.
Please firstly send us an email to let us know that you are going to return the item/s. Then send the item/s back in their original packaging, with your receipt or packing note enclosed, to our returns address detailed below:

Please pay for the return postage at the Post Office. If the item is faulty, we will refund the postage when we have received your parcel. If there is nothing wrong with the item, the postage costs won’t be refunded.
Once your returned items have been received they will be inspected to ensure they are in stock condition. If you are eligible for a refund this will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation. Please note these funds may take up to five working days to show in your account.
Only non-discount priced items may be refunded – sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges: Only defective items can be exchanged. If you need to exchange a defective item please email us with the details.
