To ensure your full satisfaction, we offer an extended returns period of 31 days. To be eligible for a return, the item/s must be either unused or in the same condition that you received it and must be returned in the original packaging so that it is fit for resale. If an item has been specially ordered and is not normally held in stock by Interweave, it will not be eligible to be returned.
Please also provide your receipt, packing note or other proof of purchase.
Please send the items back in original package, with the receipt or packing note to: Interweave Textiles Ltd, Victoria Works, Whitwell Green Lane, Elland, West Yorkshire, HX5 9BJ.
Once your returned items are received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s and that the packaging is intact. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund at that time.
If the refund is approved, we will process the refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or other original method of payment within 5 working days.
Only non-discount priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges: Only defective items can be exchanged. If you need to exchange a defective item please email us with the details.
