CloseOur range of waterproof mattress protector and waterproof sheets are designed for hospitals and care homes. Mattresses can be protected from water damage either with either a flat draw sheets or a fitted quilted mattress protector. The fitted mattress protectors have elastic edging to wrap around the corners of the mattress.
The draw sheets are made of thick cotton and are designed to absorb water and protect the mattress from getting soaked. Washable at 71 degrees with minimal shrinkage, thermal disinfection will keep these draw sheets performing well wash after wash. This is a more traditional type of mattress protection compared to the waterproof options.
Our quilted mattress protectors are made of a lightweight breathable polycotton with a waterproof layer inside to prevent water leaking through to the mattress. These mattress protectors have elasticated edges which wrap snugly around the corners of the mattress keeping the sides protected from damp too. Wash at 71 degrees to achieve thermal disinfection.
Most of our waterproof mattress protector and waterproof bed sheets are available in single bed size to fit standard length beds and the longer length hospital beds. However, we have some larger sizes available, such as double and king size.
