UK Mainland Delivery Times
Orders received before 3:30pm on Monday to Friday, will be despatched within 1-2 working days, this means Monday to Friday. Royal Mail or other couriers handle the delivery of your parcel once it has left our despatch office.
For the few items that are not held in stock, delivery may take up to 10 days. The lead time for non-stocked items is clearly displayed on the website.
Please note, if your order includes a combination of stocked and non-stocked items, we will wait until everything is available and send your complete order in one delivery.
Orders placed offline are subject to different terms and charges, please check with customer service if you are unsure.
How much does delivery cost?
Orders costing less than £50 +VAT incur a delivery charge of £5.10 for UK mainland addresses.
Orders of more than £50 +VAT qualify for FREE delivery to UK mainland addresses.
For orders including larger, bulky items such as pillows or duvets there will be a minimum additional £4 surcharge.
UK non-mainland addresses
Deliveries of any value to be sent to UK non-mainland addresses (i.e. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and elsewhere) incur a delivery fee, calculated during the checkout process online.
The delivery fee is based on the total size and weight of the items being purchased. In some cases, the cost of your delivery might not be able to be calculated online, if this happens you will see a message asking you to contact us. Please complete the contact form to ask us for the delivery cost, please ensure you include your delivery address in the message.
Europe
Orders despatched to EU addresses take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive. However, there are varying delivery times depending on the country you live in and how large or heavy the parcel is. Please note that deliveries to European addresses may incur additional import duty and import tax costs. The courier will send you details of any additional payments required. You are responsible for paying these charges.

Worldwide
For all other countries, please contact us via our Contact Us page and we can process your order offline if possible and confirm shipping times. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
What should I do if my delivery is late?
Please allow 5 working days for your parcel to arrive. Following the 5 days we can open an official case with the carrier and investigate your missing delivery further.
What should I do if I miss my delivery?
If you’re not there when the delivery arrives, the carrier will leave a card asking you to rearrange redelivery or collect your parcel from your local depot/collection point. You will be given a couple of weeks to collect the parcel, if it isn’t collected within that time, it will be returned to Interweave. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have been unable to claim your parcel.
