UK Mainland Delivery Times
All orders placed before 3pm are scheduled to be despatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Please note that as we use third party couriers the delivery of your order is in their hands once it leaves us.
For non-stock items, an extended delivery time may be experienced, their lead-times are clearly displayed on our website.
Orders that include a combination of stocked and non-stocked items will be despatched as a completed order once all products are available.
How much does delivery cost?
Orders placed via the website costing less than £50 incur a delivery charge of £4.25 for UK mainland addresses, orders above this qualify for FREE delivery to UK mainland addresses.
For orders including larger, bulky items such as pillows or duvets there will be a minimum additional £4 surcharge (all values mentioned are excluding VAT.).
Orders arranged offline are subject to different terms and charges, please check with our Customer Services team if you are unsure.
UK Non-Mainland Addresses
Deliveries of any value to be sent to UK non-mainland addresses (i.e. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and elsewhere) incur a delivery fee, calculated during the checkout process online.
The delivery fee is based on the total size and weight of the items being purchased. In some cases, the cost of your delivery might not be able to be calculated online, if this happens you will see a message asking you to contact us. Please complete the contact form, including your order details and address in the message.
Orders despatched to EU addresses take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive, however, this will vary depending on the destination country and overseas delivery partner. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly when ordering as the courier will send you details of any applicable import/customs charges, which are your responsibility.

For all other countries, please contact us via our Contact Us page and we can process your order offline if possible and confirm shipping times. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
What should I do if my delivery is late?
Please allow 5 working days for your parcel to arrive. Following the 5 days we can open an official case with the carrier and investigate your missing delivery further.
What should I do if I miss my delivery?
If you’re not there when the delivery arrives, the carrier will leave a card asking you to rearrange redelivery or collect your parcel from your local depot/collection point. You will be given a couple of weeks to collect the parcel, if it isn’t collected within that time, it will be returned to Interweave. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have been unable to claim your parcel.
