Deliveries over Christmas & New Year
Please note that our office and warehouse will be closed over Christmas and New Year, as the team spend some time with friends and family.
Monday 23 December – normal deliveries until 2pm (orders placed before 2pm will be sent out the same day, orders placed after this will be despatched on 2 January).
Tuesday 24 December to Wednesday 1 January 2020 – all orders will be held and despatched after 2 January.
2 January onwards – normal deliveries
How much does delivery cost?
Orders costing less than £50 +VAT incur a delivery charge of £6 for UK mainland addresses.
For orders that include large, bulky items such as pillows or duvets will incur an additional £3 surcharge.
Orders of more than £50 +VAT qualify for free UK delivery to mainland addresses.
When will my delivery arrive?
If you place your order before 2pm, for most items you will receive your delivery the next working day (i.e. Monday to Friday). For the few items that are not held in stock, delivery may take up to 10 days. The lead time for non-stocked items is clearly displayed on the website. All orders placed after 2pm will be processed and sent out for overnight delivery the following working day.
If your order includes a combination of stocked and non-stocked items, we will wait until everything is available and send everything to you in one delivery.
If you’re not there when the delivery arrives, the carrier will leave a card asking you to collect your parcel from the local depot. You will be given a couple of weeks to collect the parcel. However, if the parcel isn’t collected within that time, it will be returned to Interweave. We will hold the goods for you for a further 2 months. If you wish to have the parcel redelivered at that stage, there will be another delivery charge to pay.
Not UK Mainland?
Deliveries of any value to be sent to non UK mainland addresses (i.e. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and elsewhere worldwide) incur a delivery fee, calculated during the checkout process online. The delivery fee is based on the total size and weight of the items being purchased.
In some cases, the cost of your delivery might not be able to be calculated online, if this happens you will see a message asking you to phone us.
Tracking your delivery
You will receive an email including a tracking link so that you can track the status of the delivery yourself.
