Ordering from the EU
Good news
Purchases from Interweave Healthcare up to 150 Euros (approximately £120) are exempt from import duty and import tax. For EU orders, we suggest using an online currency converter to calculate the value of your order in Euros.
However…
If your purchase is for more than 150 Euros, you will receive a payment request for import duty costs and any additional taxes when the parcel arrives in your country. The courier will send you details of any additional payments required so please double check your email address is entered correctly.
You are responsible for paying any import duty, tax and/or customs charges before receiving your parcel. Delay in paying these will unfortunately result in hold ups of your parcel being dispatched from the overseas delivery partner. Failure to pay these charges within their advised time frame will result in your parcel being returned to us. In this instance, any postage or other fees levied to Interweave Textiles will be non-refundable.
Delivery times for EU orders
Orders despatched to EU addresses take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive. However there are varying delivery times depending on the country you live in and how large or heavy the parcel is.

Parcel sizes for EU orders
Please note that we can only offer a delivery service to EU addresses for orders that can fit into a carton measuring 50cm x 40cm x 30cm. This size carton can fit a maximum of either 5 pillows, or 3 duvets, or 10 seclusion wear items or 5 polar fleece blankets. If you wish to order more bulky items than this, please place two or more separate orders. Please contact us before ordering if you need help with this.
A note about EU orders & returns
Please note that if you return items from a non-UK address, Interweave Healthcare will be subject to paying additional import duty and import tax to receive your items back. We are therefore unable to refund any import duties or import taxes that you may have incurred when you received the parcel. For this reason, before buying please be very careful to check the product data sheets and size guides we provide. We want you to be very happy with your purchase.
