How does the UK mainland delivery service work?

Deliveries to UK mainland addresses are despatched within 48 hours (if the order is received by 3pm). Deliveries are despatched during working days, i.e. Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. However, if your order is received after 3pm on Friday, it will not be processed for despatch until the following week.
