Interweave have designed various anti-ligature clothing garments & a bedding range for seclusion situations. The seclusion wear range is made from strong, fire-retardant and tear-resistant anti-ligature fabric, designed to provide comfort and, most importantly, to minimise the risk of harm.

Seclusion Clothing & Bedding

Seclusion clothing and bedding are used in a wide variety of facilities, including police stations, mental health and rehabilitation facilities.

The seclusion bedding range includes mattress covers, pillows and blankets. The bedding is handcrafted in the UK from heavyweight jacquard polyester fabric. Strong double-channel stitching prevents the risk of tearing and ripping.

Our Seclusion garment range includes a gown, tunic, trousers, and shorts to suit the needs of all users. The tunic can be worn with trousers or shorts, depending on the requirements of the user and the facility. We also offer a knee-length gown in this range.

We offer sizes ranging from XS to 2XL in Seclusion clothing, which accommodates most users well.

We strongly recommend that service users be closely monitored when using anti-ligature clothing and bedding. No fabric can be classed as 100% unrippable. These products are difficult to tear/rip, but not impossible.
