CloseInterweave have designed various anti ligature clothing garments for seclusion situations. The seclusion wear range is made from strong, fire retardant and tear resistant fabric, designed to provide comfort and most importantly to minimise the risk of harm.
Our anti ligature clothing is constructed to provide a safe environment for both patients or prisoners and staff.
The fabric is jacquard 100% polyester, which is dual layered and channel stitched, to provide maximum security.
Seclusion wear clothing is designed to be used in custodial and secure locations for segregated and vulnerable high-risk individuals who are under supervision. The prison clothing is designed to be used in mental health institutes, high security facilities, custody centres and psychiatric hospitals.
However, no fabric can be classed as 100% guaranteed unrippable. We strongly recommend that service users are closely monitored, even when using anti-ligature clothing.
The garments can be laundered at thermal disinfection temperatures. Available in calming green parquet pattern, in sizes small to 3XL.
