Product Description
This tubular one way glide sheet, when used by trained manual handlers, is ideal for use when repositioning patients or bedbound elderly at home. The extra slippy re-usable tubular slide sheets are available in teal silicone-coated polyester fabric. The fabric is perfect for moving and patient handling.
For infection control, the slide sheets can be washed to thermal disinfection temperatures. Do not use chlorine bleach or softener when laundering the slide sheets, as this will damage the silicone coating. Choosing a one way glide sheet reduces the amount of slide sheets needed to perform repositionings. Tubular styles can be beneficial for community manual handlers when compared to flat options.
