Product Description
Extra slippy re-usable tubular slide sheet sized 90cm x 90cm, available in teal silicone-coated polyester fabric. The tubular design enables patient handling staff to perform the moving and handling work, such as moving a patient up in bed with just one slide sheet. As opposed to flat slide sheets, which are typically used in pairs. The fabric is perfect for moving and handling.
Moving a patient up in bed can be challenging if they have certain health conditions or mobility challenges; this is where a slide sheet can be beneficial for the carer and patient.
For infection control, the slide sheets can be washed to thermal disinfection temperatures. Do not use chlorine bleach or softener when laundering the slide sheets, as this will be detrimental to the silicone coating.
