Non woven polypropylene disposable slide sheets are used by hospitals, clinics and nursing homes. The polypropylene fabric is extremely strong and water repellent. Slide sheets are invaluable when moving patients in a bed, either turning around, moving to a sitting position or transferring across to a trolley. As they reduce the risk of the nurse or carer over-stretching and sustaining injury. As a result, using slide sheets prevents nurse’s back injuries.
