How do I find out if my order has been processed?
Once you place your order, you will receive an email from us to confirm that we’ve received your order.
Then when the order has been processed and your items are ready to be sent to you, you will receive another email from us.
If you haven’t received either of these emails in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder. If you find an email from Interweave in the junk, move it to your inbox to ensure that any future emails from us arrive in your inbox. You can also add our email address ([email protected]) to your safe senders list (or trusted senders list) depending on your email software.
