Christmas opening hours

As we approach the end of the year, we want to wish our customers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! We would like to let you know about our Christmas opening hours. But most importantly, we wish to thank you for a wonderful year, full of growth and new experiences. We look forward to seeing you next year, and supplying you with the healthcare products you need.

Christmas opening hours

Over some of the Christmas period, our offices will be closed and our team will be taking a well deserved break. We will be closed from 1pm on Friday 22 December. Re-opening at 8:30am on Tuesday 2 January 2024.

Any online orders received before 2pm on Tuesday 19 December will be scheduled to be despatched before Christmas. Orders received after this time will arrive after Christmas. You can the full details of our Christmas opening hours over this time below.

 

Orders over the Christmas period

Although we are closed from over Christmas & New Year we have taken steps to allow the processing of online orders during this time. Our festive period schedule is as follows:

All online orders received between 14.01hrs on Tuesday 19th December 2023 and 14.00hrs on Thursday 21st December 2023 will be scheduled for delivery by Wednesday 27th December 2023.

All online orders received between 14.01hrs on Thursday 21st December 2023 and 14.00hrs on Wednesday 27th December 2023 will be scheduled for delivery by Friday 29th December.

All online orders received between 14.01hrs on Wednesday 27th December 2023 and 14.00hrs on Tuesday 2nd January 2024 will be scheduled for delivery by Thursday 4th January 2024.

After 14.01hrs on Tuesday 2nd January 2024 standard delivery services will resume.
